About the Company

Our client company is a global textile and apparel manufacturer with over 100 of clients and 50,000 staffs globally.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Understand target business functions’ strategies, roadmaps, processes and pain-points to deliver best-fit IT solutions
    • Interact with senior stakeholders of business functions, provide professional IT advices, manage and align their expectations
  • Technology Management
    • Keep abreast of latest technology developments that can improve business values
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to leverage matching technologies in supporting business activities
    • Provide professional upkeep of IT solutions deployed
  • Project Management
    • Hold full accountability of successful delivery of projects assigned
    • Lead projects to ensure adherence to established project governance framework, standards, tools, policies and procedures
    • Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end project activities to ensure achievement of all project objectives
    • Identification and mitigation of project risks
    • Engage related stakeholders and promptly resolve issues
  • Vendor and Team Management
    • Direct team’s activities and provide clear guidance to the team
    • Vendor and Resource Management
    • Monitor and manage all vendors’ work to ensure their outputs meeting agreed requirements/service levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in computing, information technology or finance
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing enterprise-class ERP implementations, development and support
  • Proven record in managing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (Finance – must have and Procurement)
  • Previous experience in managing mix of internal IT resources and external vendors to deliver optimal IT solutions to clients
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible and good team player
  • Travel: 60% in Hong Kong, 40% in China or other sites in APAC
