Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Independently handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients’ needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to match clients’ job requirements
  • Be knowledgeable on hiring trends in the in-demand digital roles. Act as the recruiting expert by delivering market insight & career advice to clients and candidates respectively

Qualifications

  • University graduate or above
  • Good understanding about recruitment industry
  • Applicants with strong relationship with data-driven companies is a strong advantage
  • Prior experiences in client facing or sales-related background would be preferred
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English
  • Strong creativity, passionate and can-do attitude at work
  • Energetic, self-motivated and performance driven
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
