International Marketing Manager
About the Company
Our client is a technical architect company in partnership with China Mobile, China Unicom, which offers Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) to developers, enterprises, and governments. They are now expanding their footprint globally and would like to invite energetic team members to join their Global sales team.
Responsibilities
- Create the company’s global brand communication strategy (for outside Mainland China), communication plan, and other marketing strategies, and successfully lead the International Marketing Team to execute the strategy; ensure the strategy is aligned to the company’s business development needs and requirements of different countries and regions.
- Plan and organize online and offline events to generate sales leads for the sales and business development team;
- Plan and organize events and webinars with international experts and industry leaders, broadcast live or recorded video, and enhance the company’s technology brand awareness;
- Organize the design and writing of public relations and publicity plans, and monitor media communication effectiveness;
- Responsible for international media communication, press release writing, development of public relations plans with industry organizations;
- Understand the company’s international market status, understand the competitions’ strategy and needs of the industry, then establish a market data collection and analysis system, organize and carry out market statistical analysis and research work, and support data-driven decision-making for the company’s market activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, with excellent English written and oral communication skills, as well as experience working in an English-speaking work environment;
- Have the ability to quickly understand and learn complex products and business scenarios;
- International customer targets are primarily senior business or government contacts, so at least 5 years of overseas market work experience and team management experience is required;
- Be familiar with the application of blockchain technology and the global blockchain market;
- Experience with global (outside Mainland China) social media tools and channels;
- Cross-team collaboration spirit and ability to think outside of the International Marketing Team’s immediate environment;
- Have high sensitivity to the market and related data, be able to quickly and accurately collect, count, and feedback corresponding data to the management team;
- High attention to detail;
- Technical or product background is preferred.
