Solution Architect (Blockchain)


About the Company

Our client is a technical architect company in partnership with China Mobile, China Unicom, which offers Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) to developers, enterprises, and governments. They are now expanding their footprint globally and would like to invite energetic team members to join their Global sales team.


  • Increase adoption of software and infrastructure services with large enterprises outside of China by winning new partners and influencing end customers through partners.
  • Be the key point of contact for select large enterprise customers and partners serving enterprises building blockchain applications on BSN outside of China.
  • Build and manage partnerships with regional and country BaaS portal providers.
  • Provide business and technical knowledge to existing BSN partners and enterprises to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, upsells and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide the engineering team with data-driven customer feedback to help identify potential new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.


  • 5-10 years’ experience in global sales experience with enterprise customers.
  • Knowledgeable about cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or blockchain technologies and SaaS marketplaces.
  • Ability to engage customers at a senior level to understand technical and business needs.
  • Experience building and managing partner networks to influence and attract developers and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with China-based engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful track record winning new customers.
  • Disciplined and responsive to customer requests.
  • Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a high-growth environment.
