About the Company
Our client is a technical architect company in partnership with China Mobile, China Unicom, which offers Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) to developers, enterprises, and governments. They are now expanding their footprint globally and would like to invite energetic team members to join their Global sales team.
Job Description
As a Solutions Architect you will be the primary point of contact for our customers’ and partners’ technical needs so you should be customer-oriented with a strong technical background in payment and/or blockchain technologies. This is a global role where you will interact daily with the head of our global business and some of the leading Banks/Financial Institutes.
Responsibilities
- Increase adoption of company’s products and services with large enterprises, developers, foundations, and institutions by providing technical sales support.
- Be the key technical contact to assist with technical questions during the sales process and participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.
- Provide technical knowledge of company related products and solutions to potential enterprise customers, respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, and supply the technical details of proposed solutions.
- Help the sales team and customers draw up requirements and project proposals and suggest the correct products, solutions, and services.
- Act as liaison between international sales team and engineering and product groups and provide engineering team with data-driven customer feedback to help identify potential new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in presales for enterprise customers
- Knowledgeable about Payment and/or blockchain technologies.
- Ability to engage customers at a developer level to understand technical needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Successful track record working solving complex technical issues working with customers.
- Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.
- Eager to learn and grow in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in preparing documentation and presentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
